Hello
I design the unspoken language between people and the agents that work for them.
I'm a Staff UX Designer at Google in Kraków, fascinated by how people will live and work alongside autonomous technology. My work is the shift from operating digital tools to collaborating with AI agents, and the experience around it: what people see before an agent acts, how they stay in control, how they step in when it gets stuck, and how trust is earned over time. Product design, to me, is a strategic ecosystem where technical complexity becomes human agency.

Staff UX Designer, Google
Work
I design how people and AI agents work together on the web: consent that can be refused, signals that stay quiet until they matter, and ways to resume a task. Much of it is 0-to-1 work with no established patterns, and a large part of the job is getting large cross-functional teams to agree on a direction before all the evidence is in.
What stayed the same
- Structure comes first.
- Control stays predictable.
- Friction earns its place.
Beyond the CV
I sketch, on paper and on screen, and I photograph, often from the air. A selection, moving slowly.
If you are working on this too
I would like to hear about it, whether it is a team, a question or a disagreement.
More, if you want it
How I think
Before an agent acts, the person should be able to read what it is about to do, in their own words, and change it. A preview that takes five seconds to skim does more for trust than a promise that the system is safe.
Read: Designing for a second audienceEvery agent reaches a wall: a login, an ambiguous choice, a site that says no. That moment decides whether the person keeps trusting it, and it usually has no design at all. I treat it as a screen of its own.
Read: The moment nobody designsConsent works best when it arrives at the moment it matters, with a clear way to refuse. Asking for everything up front teaches people to click through, which is the opposite of control.
Read: Trust does not scale like friendlinessWhat I have designed
How people delegate to agents on the web: consent, previews, recovery and the signals in between. This is the work of the last few years, and most of it shows up in the writing.
